Hosting plans, explained in plain language.

Hosting providers tend to bury their plans in technical specs — bandwidth, uptime SLAs, server types — that mean little to the small business owners actually buying them. This design reframes those plans around outcomes the buyer actually cares about.

The interface focuses on a clear plan comparison layout, an uncluttered pricing structure, and visual cues that make the "right" plan obvious without forcing the buyer to become a server expert first.

The problem

Plan comparison tables on hosting sites are often dense and intimidating, leading non-technical buyers to either pick the wrong tier or abandon the purchase entirely.

The goal

Design a pricing and plan structure that translates technical specs into plain benefits, with a visual hierarchy that guides buyers toward the plan that fits their needs.

Translating specs into decisions.

01 · Content audit
Identifying jargon
Reviewed existing hosting plan copy to flag terms that needed visual or language simplification.
02 · Structure
Plan comparison layout
Designed a side-by-side comparison structure that highlights differences at a glance rather than in a dense table.
03 · Visual design
Calm, modern UI
Applied a clean visual language to make a typically technical product feel approachable and trustworthy.
04 · Guidance
Highlighting the right plan
Used visual emphasis to guide undecided buyers toward the recommended tier without hard-selling.

A hosting site that doesn't require a technical background.

The final design makes plan selection feel like a simple decision rather than a technical evaluation — built to convert non-technical buyers with confidence.
